Frequently Asked Questions


1. When will my order ship?

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.


2. How long does shipping take?

For U.S. orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Delivery times begin once the order has been processed.


3. How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking link.
You can check the status of your delivery at any time using this link.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make changes, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once processing begins, we cannot modify or cancel the order.


5. I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please reach out to us immediately.
If the package has not been processed yet, we will attempt to update the address.
ChicLab Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major payment methods including:

7. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

8. My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item.
We will assist you with a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.


9. Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only.
