📦 ChicLab Studio – U.S. Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
Please note: During high-volume periods, processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (United States)
We offer reliable domestic shipping across the U.S. through USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
Estimated delivery times and rates are as follows:
Standard Shipping

Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping
Expedited Shipping

Express Shipping

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can follow your package’s progress at any time using the provided tracking link.
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@chiclabstudio.com.
4. Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of checkout.
ChicLab Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
If you need to adjust your address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
We work closely with our carriers, but delays or issues may occur.
ChicLab Studio is not liable for:

Packages marked as Delivered by the carrier

Packages delayed due to weather or carrier issues

Packages lost due to incorrect addresses

Customs delays (for international orders)
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with a replacement or claim.
6. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States (all 50 states).

P.O. Box deliveries may be limited depending on the carrier.

We do not ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses at this time.
7. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please reach out within 12 hours of purchase.
After your order has been processed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
